According to STS 'Tartans' 1996 this was designed by Johnsons of Elgin for the Thomas Blake Glover Heritage Centre. Thomas Blake Glover was born in Fraserburgh, Scotland. He was the founder of Mitsubishi, the Japanese Mint and the Jappanese ship building industry circa 1860. His house in Nagasaki has over 2 milion visitors a year.
