Hamilton
A tartan of Clan Hamilton. Its design is pattern BRBRW — the page of every tartan sharing this colour sequence.
Red variant of the Hamilton tartan first recorded in the Sobieski Stuarts' 1842 Vestiarium Scoticum, likely their invention.
The Hamilton tartan groups 2 setts — the same named design recorded as different cloths (its kilt, Carpet, Child's…, or a transcription apart). The master sett (★) is the exemplar.
