    Designed by Dr Phil Smith in 1962 for a Tom Reagan of the University of Nevada-Reno. Did not come to light until March 2005 just after a new Reagan tartan had been registered (#6427, original Scottish Tartans Authority reference). Originally this #6612 (original Scottish Tartans Authority reference) was for all of the name of Reagan.
