The Williams Arbutus tartan is a family tartan made for the descendents of Frank and Sheila Williams (Parksville) to celebrate their Scottish heritage. The green and black honours their Scott Clan lineage. The azure blue honours their Thomson Clan lineage. The brown, red and green signifies the arbutus tree on Vancouver Island.
