    This sett appears in Paton's collection. The samples are undated but the collection is known to have been put together around the 1830's, with some additions during the Victorian period. This collection was in the Scottish Tartans Society archive. It has now been returned to the Patons a firm in Alloa.

    This sett appears in Paton's collection. The samples are undated but the collection is known to have been put together around the 1830's, with some additions during the Victorian period. Not recognised by the Chief and not, apparently, stocked by any of the bona fide Scottish weavers.
