A grey version of the Camel Thompson. Scottish Tartans Society archive. Sample in Scottish Tartans Authority's Johnston Collection and Scottish Tartans Authority Dalgety Collection. This is now the Thomson grey as woven by the industry and not what is said to be the original Thomson Grey which has a yellow line through the black band in place of the red one shown here. - pre 1986 — Thompson, Grey Dress (Fashion) (tartans-authority, record)
