Nothing is known of this tartan which seems to have originally come from Pendleton Woolen Mill in Portland, Oregon. It's not known if it was an original fashion tartan, a pre-existing district tartan (Denny is a town in central Scotland) or a tartan for those of the name. It seems to have been adopted as a clan/family sett however although it is not a stock item for any of the weavers. - pre 2002 — Denny Htg (Clan) (tartans-authority, record)
