From Scottish Tartans Society Sindex named as 'Brandon (Manitoba)', but swatch from Dalgleish labelled 'Hamilton of Brandon' and swatch from Geoffrey labelled simply 'Brandon'. This started life as Jacobite from the Paton Collection and has somehow become Brandon (Manitoba). - 1982 (April) — Brandon (Manitoba) (District) (tartans-authority, record)
