Designed by Kathy Baker (Nier Lakes Shetland Sheep, Alberta) and Linda Wendelboe in consultation with Gordon Kirkbright of Fraser Kirkbright of Vancouver. The tartan 'showcased' the natural colours of North American Shetland wool for North American Shetland Sheep Association's 2004 AGM, 'Focus on Fibre', held in Olds, Alberta.
