    Worn by Russell Mosher of Miami, Florida at Miami Games 1996. He acquired it from a discount fabric store and when told it had no identification he requested that it be named for his Grandfather Lawlis of West Virginia. Note that it is Lindsay sett with green and blue interchanged .
