    Designed by James Rogers for himself and his family, who originated in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland. Based on the Black Watch (otherwise known as the "government sett"), the colours reflect many decades of service to crown and country by family members. In addition, the dark blue and light blue represent the seas and skies respectively, through which family members have travelled to England, Ireland, Scotland and Australia, and made their homes there.
